Locations

To support its activities, Terminal Corporation operates several facilities:

BalTerm - The Baltimore Forest Products Terminal, is 50% owned by Terminal Corporation. BalTerm handles pulp and paper imports at North Locust Point and Dundalk Marine Terminal. For the year 2004, tonnage handled at Baltimore is expected to exceed 1.4 million tons.

Corporate Office - located at 1801 S. Clinton Street in Baltimore is centrally positioned to support all it warehouse and trucking operations needs. This location houses the company's Corporate Management, Sales, Accounting and Information Technology functions.

Highland Terminals - This location operates over 350,000 square feet of warehouse space as well as 4 acres of outdoor storage. This facility has access to CSX and Norfolk Southern rail via the Canton RR Shortline. This location is just minutes from I95 and I895.

Jessup Operations - at the Maryland Wholesale Food Center in Jessup. This location is served by the CSX railroad, and is 5 minutes from Interstate 95 between Baltimore and Washington. It has 300,000 square feet of prime warehouse space and 15 docking bays.

NS Transload Yard - at 4300 Holabird Avenue. This location is served by the Norfolk Southern railroad. It has 20 acres of outside storage; 24,000 square feet of covered storage, and is adjacent to the piers on the north side of the Port of Baltimore. It is within 5 minutes of Interstate 95 northbound and southbound.

Point Breeze Operations - at 2300 Broening Highway. This location is served by the CSX and Norfolk Southern railroads via the Canton Railroad short line. It has 163,000 square feet of prime warehouse space, 12 docking bays, and is adjacent to Seagirt Marine Terminal.

Sparrows Point Operations - at 2010 Reservoir Road. This location is served by the CSX and Norfolk Southern railroads via the Patapsco-Back River Railroad short line. It has 8 acres of outside storage, 200,000 square feet of prime warehouse space and 15 docking bays. It is 5 minutes to Interstate 695.

TTS Operations - Terminal Transportation Services operations office is located on the Dundalk Marine Terminal in Baltimore. TTS is the only carrier with offices within the Maryland Port Authority property. This provides TTS with a strategic advantage over other local carriers in the Port of Baltimore. TTS operates brokerage offices in Baltimore as well as the Pittsburgh area to support nationwide freight carrier needs
